Industry City Distillery is an experimental craft spirit laboratory making beet-sugar vodka in a post-industrial loft hideaway. On March 26, we will be transforming the well-kept secret into a magical and intimate dance party setting for the night, with bar ingredients, recipes and menu custom crafted for the night by Holes in the Wall Collective using the ridiculously smooth Industry Standard vodka, in-house gin, limoncello, bitters and syrups; plus Arcane Distilling’s hopped absinthe, fernet and beer whiskey. Scenery provided by 6th floor panoramic views of NY Harbor and Lady Liberty, through huge wraparound windows. And the cocktail prices will be as easy to swallow as the criminally delicious drinks themselves. The highest quality vodka and vinyl, crafted with love, expertly blended, and made to move, the way it always should be.
